Lynda Seltun, a Coronado local, maintains a practice focused on Estate Planning, Trust Administration, and Business Entity Formation and Governance.

A graduate of Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, Lynda is proud to serve residents of California by providing comprehensive and sophisticated estate planning services while fostering an environment of trust and understanding.

In particular, she prioritizes creating an environment that feels both safe and comfortable to openly discuss important issues that can be very personal in nature. She finds great satisfaction in helping people protect their wealth, ensure their wishes are met, provide for and protect the people they love, and create lasting legacies.

My passion is service. Supporting clients and helping them reach their legal objectives is what motivates me every day.

Trust administration is the cornerstone of my current work. Together with the Seltun Law Group team, I guide fiduciaries and beneficiaries through the complexities of managing and settling trusts with compassion, clarity, and a solutions-oriented mindset. I also assist individuals and families with personalized estate planning and work with entrepreneurs on entity formation and governance strategies that align with their long-term goals.

I am a dual-licensed attorney (active in Nevada and inactive in Arizona) with a career built at the intersection of law, healthcare, and business. I started out in the courtroom as a prosecutor, where I developed sharp litigation instincts and a love for strategy under pressure. From there, I transitioned into medical-legal work—first defending healthcare providers in complex malpractice cases, then stepping fully into healthcare law as Deputy General Counsel, representing University of Nevada medical school and its diverse multi-specialty medical group.  

I earned my Juris Doctor of Law from the University of Arizona and have spent my career helping individuals and organizations navigate the legal landscape with clarity, strategy, and a steady hand.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family, reading a good book and serving as a volunteer in my community.

With over 28 years of experience in the legal and administrative fields, Shannon is a highly skilled and dedicated professional whose expertise spans paralegal services, office administration, notary public duties, and trust administration. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a deep understanding of legal processes and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Starting her career in the legal field, Shannon has gained extensive experience supporting first William J. Maxam and now Seltun Law Group, managing case files, drafting legal documents, and assisting with a variety of legal matters ranging from estate planning to corporate law. Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality have earned her a reputation for being a reliable and efficient member of any legal team.

As an office administrator, Shannon has overseen the daily operations of law offices, ensuring smooth workflows, managing client communications, and implementing systems that improve office efficiency. Her leadership in managing office operations and her ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously have contributed to the success of numerous legal practices.

With a strong background in the Trust Administration process, Shannon has guided clients through the complex processes of managing and distributing trust assets, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and providing peace of mind to beneficiaries and trustees alike.

Her unwavering professionalism, combined with her vast knowledge and experience, makes Shannon a trusted asset in the legal and administrative fields. She is dedicated to continuing her career as a leader in the industry, always striving for excellence and committed to supporting her clients and colleagues.

Brionna Stevens is a dedicated and driven Estate Planning Paralegal with a strong background in estate planning, limited liability companies (LLCs), and professional corporations. Since joining Seltun Law Group APC in May 2022 as an intern, Brionna has continually expanded her skills and responsibilities, becoming a trusted and valued member of the legal team.

Brionna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Government with an emphasis in Legal Studies from Grand Canyon University, as well as a Paralegal Certificate with a specialization in Corporations from National University. Her academic background, paired with her hands-on experience, has equipped her with a deep understanding of the legal frameworks that guide estate and business planning.

Throughout her career, Brionna has demonstrated a consistent commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and client-centered service. She plays a key role in preparing comprehensive estate plans, assisting with entity formation, and supporting clients through the legal structuring of their businesses.
